We are honoured that you chose our office to find accommodation for your holiday by Lake Balaton.

-Our office offers more than a hundred accommodations comprising of houses, flats, rooms and bed and breakfast.

-The guest receives the accommodation clean and when the guest leaves it is the host who cleans it.

-The kitchen (if available) is equipped. (Coffee maker, refrigerator, electric or gas cooker, dishes for cooking or baking, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery etc.)

-The guest pays according to the number of nights spent there.

-The price includes water, electricity, bedclothes for 14 days (towels and dish cloths are not supplied).

-For every house there is garden furniture, barbecue, parking place.

-In most houses it is possible to put in an extra bed (extra charge).

-Most hosts allow pets (extra charge).

-Breakfast can be provided in some houses at an extra charge.

-A deposit is usually required (20%). If not you will be advised.

-On arrival you can occupy your accommdation from 2 pm and you will be required to leave by 10 am on your day of departure. If you have special requests please tell us on arrival.

-You will receive the key to the accommodation from our office, You will be required to leave it at the same office on your departure.

-On arrival guests will be shown to their chosen accommodation. The guest is then required to pay. We can accept cash only (HUF, EUR, GBP, USD or other currency).

-Payment by card is not accepted.

-In case you want to change the date, the length of your holiday or the number of people, you are asked to inform our office as soon as possible.

-The guest must pay for any damage caused.

-Do not hesitate to contact us for further information or with any special requests. This can be done by post, fax, telephone or Email.

-You are asked to contact us approximately 4 days before your arrival to confirm the booking arrangements.

-In case of any disputes and if both parties cannot agree to resolve the disagreement the guest will be referred to the Zala county court.
